Product Description
The content of SiO2 is higher than 99.95% in the quartz glass tube, and it has superior physical and chemical function, for example, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, good thermal function, mechanical function and light transmittance. Its hydroxyl content can be lower than 2ppm. It has widely applied in manufacturing halogen lamp, lamp, light tube of copy machine, electric light source products of stage lighting as well as producing chemical pipelines and heat-resistant utensils, etc.

Thermal Performance
Coefficient of linear expansion of quartz glass is lower than that of all other materials.
As quartz glass has extremely low expansion coefficient, it has very good thermal shock resistance.
Quarts glass is a poor conductor of heat.
Optical Performance
One important difference between quartz glass and common glass is its great transmittance within the whole spectrum.
Electrical Performance
Main electrical properties of quartz glass are high dielectric field intensity, low dielectric loss and low electrical conductivity. Therefore, it is widely used in manufacturing high-frequency high-pressure insulator, particularly applicable in high temperature and high mechanical stress occasions.
Chemical Performance
Quartz glass is a kind of material with very good chemical stability, and will not react with water, saline solution and most acid. Compared with common glass, quartz glass does not absorb moisture or efflorescence. Only HF acid and corrode quartz glass. It has to be noted that quartz glass is very sensitive to all alkali and alkaline compounds. Even the very little content of such compound will result in quartz glass devitrification at high temperature.

With 20 production lines, we can produce 2000 tons of quartz glass tube annually. The main varieties are: OD2.5-300mm transparent, UV-blocking and ozone-free quartz glass tube.
With the advanced processing centre, we supply the further processed quartz glass product to meet different requirement.
